Confession: I love waist training. I don’t care that I walk around the house looking crazy with my trainer over my nightgown because I don’t have a bae and it works. I travel with my CYSM’s Sports Thermal Waist Cincher. It comes with me on my overnight trips when I’m in some random city for my Flight Attendant life and even when I’m on a vacay in Phuket, Thailand or Loreto, Mexico. My homegirls give me the side eye but I don’t care. The road to snatchville ain’t easy.
There’s an art to waist training and it’s not a magical overnight quick fix. Just in time for the holidays, I’ve created my best tips for getting and staying snatched with CYSM’s Sports Thermal Waist Cincher during the holidays and beyond.
The Fly Girl Guide to Waist Training Tips:
1. Be consistent- I don’t wear my CYSM’s Sports Thermal Waist Cincher when I workout because it restricts my movement but I do sleep in it. You have to wear it for hours to see results. Five to eight hours daily and you will see results.
2. Workout- You still have to workout for optimum results. You can’t eat all the cornbread stuffing and sugar cookies and then waist train and think you’re going to see results. I do tons of waist cincher workouts such as spiderman planks and Russian twists.
3. Be patient- To effectively waist train takes time. I’m on my third trainer, I went from an extra large to a large and now a medium. Between being consistent with my workouts and watching my diet, my waist has definitely gotten smaller and my belly is flatter.
Check out CYSM’s Sports Thermal Waist Cincher, I have it in blue and I wear it over my sleepwear so the rungs don’t scratch my belly as I sleep.
